Return & Refund Policy

Original artwork, Limited Edition prints, Open Edition prints, & Artisan Gifts and Decor Products.
All sales of original artwork are final, due to each piece created being unique. Limited and open edition prints and artisan products are produced as custom *on-demand”, they are not returnable, and exchanges cannot be accepted.
*items are NOT RETURNABLE due to purchaser’s “CHANGE OF MIND”. These items are produced as custom on-demand items, therefore there is no restocking of these custom items.


Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact SRA within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and/or product. Depending on the situation, the item may be reprinted and resent, shipping fee and responsible party will be determined at the time of submission of damaged product images. Please allow 7-10 business days for reprinting and shipping.
