The monotype, a "painterly" printmaking process, lends itself to serendipitous, and easy results!
Our focus is on self-expression with discovery, exploration and stress reduction to promote healing. We strive to create a supportive and fun environment for participants while they learn and build trust with each other as well as our facilitators.

Our workshops are extremely successful in the healthcare or educational setting. We work with patients, staff, teachers, caregivers, children as well as the community to introduce these popular and creative events.

The monotype process, along with other art forms, allow for innovative ways to nurture one's artistic side, especially those with emotional or physical challenges.

Burnout from stress may also result from one's primary role as caregiver…It is vital to etch out necessary time for oneself. .. To gain new perspectives and heighten self- awareness will bring balance back into one's busy schedule, and help with this type of burnout.
If you are feeling overwhelmed from all you do for others, now is the time to fill back up!

The power of art is healing... To immerse and engage all the senses, especially in one's visual exploration with creative and expressive outlets, will enhance harmony and replenish one's energy.

We offer unique ways through our workshops, to experience renewal, find alternate ways to manage stress, and focus on creative and positive outlets. Participants will find simple and fun ways to escape for a couple of hours, and produce amazing and wondrous artwork, with quick and easy success!

We help facilitate and support each attendee to find their inner voice, gain confidence, and ultimately enjoy soulful rejuvenation.
